Welcome to our store! By making a purchase, visiting our website, or participating in our live sales, you agree to the following terms and conditions.



1. Mystery Product Disclaimer


Many of our products are mystery/surprise-based.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that:


• Contents vary and may include duplicates

• Items are randomly selected

• You are buying a surprise experience, not guaranteed specific products


All sales are final except in cases of damaged/incorrect items (see Return Policy).



2. Pricing & Availability


We reserve the right to:


• Change prices at any time

• Adjust product offerings

• Limit quantities

• Cancel or refuse orders if misuse, fraud, or error is suspected


Prices are displayed in USD.



3. Order Fulfillment


Orders normally ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Processing times may lengthen during peak sales or events.


Once an order is packed and fulfilled, cancellations are not allowed.



4. Shipping Terms


• We currently ship within the USA only

• Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier

• Once the package is accepted by USPS/UPS, responsibility transfers to the carrier


We are not liable for lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen packages once marked delivered.



5. Payment Terms


All orders must be paid in full prior to fulfillment.

By placing an order, you confirm:


• You are authorized to use the chosen payment method

• Agreement to these Terms & Conditions


All payments are securely processed by third-party platforms.

We do not store payment card details.



6. Live Sale / TikTok Shop Terms


By participating in live scoops, claims, or orders via social platforms, you understand:


• Claiming an item and completing payment constitutes a binding purchase

• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once scooped or packed

• Mystery items and surprise contents are final sale



7. Returns & Refunds


Due to the nature of mystery products, all sales are final.


Refunds or replacements are only offered for:


✔ damaged items

✔ missing contents

✔ incorrect fulfillment


Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with proof/photos.



8. Intellectual Property


All branding, images, videos, and written content on our shop and live platforms are owned by our business and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without permission.



9. Liability Limitation


To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:


• misuse of products

• allergic reactions

• postal delays

• carrier loss/damage


Our maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the product(s).



10. Privacy


Your information is used solely for order fulfillment, communication, and customer service.

We never sell customer data.
